Introduction and Purpose
The primary mission of the School Board is to support and guide Catholic school education—fostering the spiritual, intellectual, physical, emotional, and social growth of every student.
Operating under the leadership of the Department of Catholic Schools and the Superintendent of Schools—and following the policies of the Diocese of Oakland and the Diocesan School Board—our focus is on ensuring the continued excellence of education at St. David of Wales Catholic School.
The School Board works closely with the Principal, who serves as its administrative officer, and values input from the broader school community. Together, we offer advice and support in shaping school policies that help us meet our shared goals. These goals align with, but are not limited to, the broader parish objectives set by the parish council.
