Mission Statement
The mission of the St. David of Wales Catholic School Parent Teacher Group (PTG) is to join the spiritual and educational efforts of home and school, promoting a Christian lifestyle that is demonstrated throughout our community. The PTG fosters Catholic ideals in home life, supports fundraising efforts for the school, and encourages family and school community-building activities. Through these efforts, we seek to deepen in all hearts the love and support of Catholic education.

Membership
All teachers, parents, and guardians with children enrolled at St. David of Wales Catholic School are members of the PTG and are encouraged to actively participate in its activities. In addition, individuals who wish to support the work of the PTG, but do not currently have children enrolled, are welcomed as Friends of the PTG and are also invited to participate.

Purpose & Activities
The PTG serves as the official parent organization of the school. Its primary goals are to:

• Coordinate and support school-wide fundraising initiatives.

• Foster open and effective communication between parents, teachers, and school administration.

• Organize events and activities that build community among families, students, and faculty.

Participation in PTG events and fundraisers is expected of all families, as these efforts directly benefit the students and the school.

Meetings
The PTG meets monthly, and all parents are encouraged to attend. These open meetings are an opportunity to share ideas, get involved, and stay informed. Meetings are typically held in the conference room (the first classroom on the left upon entering the main entrance).
